COMPOSITION: 100% Merlot ALCOHOL: 14.5% pH: 3.65 TA: .45g/100ml TASTING NOTES: Our Napa Valley Merlot is ruby in color and has aromas of black cherry, dry floral and cocoa. The dark berry flavors and the tannins integrate to provide a full mouth feel and lingering finish. WINEMAKING NOTES: Our Napa Valley Merlot is a blend created from select individual lots from vineyards throughout Napa Valley. Each was fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel which was pumped-over daily. The fermented wine was then racked to a combination of French and American oak for aging. During the aging process the wine lots were tasted throughout and blended back together just before bottling.
